I only ordered appetizers because I brought my own lunch to work and needed some side dishes. The white rice I ordered appeared stale and discolored, lacking the freshness I expected. The Kani salad, a dish known for using fresh ingredients, also fell short with stale components and a lack of flavorful toppings. Freshness is a crucial factor in any restaurant, and this place definitely needs to work on improving it to attract more customers. Despite its clean environment and friendly staff, the food itself needs to be improved and made fresher. With the high foot traffic in the Soho area, this restaurant has the potential to draw in more hungry customers if they enhance the quality of their dishes."
