"3.5 stars. I finally got the chance to eat here during the week after I tried to come on a Sunday night (not to realize that it is closed on Sunday nights), and it was a bit better than I expected. It is located in a small non-descript plaza that you can easily drive down overland and fortunately there is a small parking lot. You go in and order at the counter before you take a seat, and the ambience is very casual, modern/chic. It is not your typical mother and pop, hole in the Wandpho shop offers an endless list of Pho meat combos, Vermicelli bowls, or banh mi sandwiches, but the limited menu only serves dishes cooked with local sources, sustainable ingredients - and the freshness of the dishes was obvious. I ordered the free chicken pho that was more than enough noodles for me. The Pho was not overcrowded, but more “old” I liked, and the broth was not heavy at all, but light and mild. If you are used to get the usual fat, oily, carnivorous tasteful broth, you can be a little disappointed with this chicken broth. For me, the Pho was okay not writing at home, but decent. The spring rolls saw and lubricated fresh and are of great part. For the peanut dipping sauce I usually loved in most places, I was not too important. I felt that all portion sizes were quite generous, and all dishes were well plated and did not come out too much later after our order. I saw a Banh Mi sandwich, and it also looked pretty fresh and tasty. It doesn't matter to try it another time. Overall, if I was in the mood for Pho in a clean, beautiful ambience, this could be where I am on the Westside."
