"No meat in my tamale. Did not know my tostada or enchilada was going to be hamburger meat and that would be ok but it had no flavor. The chips and salsa they give was good.My husband had the fajitas. They were delicious and our service was great."

"Super fast service!! We stopped by for a quick lunch and were in and out in under 30. Atmosphere was pretty cool, but let’s be real, we went for the food!I got their new tacos aztecas and it was incredible!! I loved the chorizo and chicken combo. Plus whatever sauce they put on it was super tasty!Chips were okay, but salsa was great!!!My buddy ordered chicken, rice and avocado and he said his food was awesome!!!Prices were reasonable and I highly recommend checking this place out."

"We haven't been here in a while. The place was redesigned and didn't seem to have it earlier. We ordered Chicken Quesadilla with Spinach Chicken Fajitas. The Quesadilla was very good and the Fajitas were average, although it is still strange to see Brockley in it. The side plate had really good rice, but the beans seemed to come from a can. The salsa was really good and fresh, but the chips were bland and really thick and hard. The place was pretty clean. The service was a little slow, but not terrible. Did not like the server not to write up your order and only attempts to notice it and it can lead to order errors like ours. We did not ask for tomatoes on the Quesadilla, and they still had it there. It wasn't a big deal, though it was easy to lift it off."

"Mom and I stopped by after mom had to go to the Tag office in Jefferson. Our server Juana was so friendly and nice. Got out orders in quickly and came out promptly. Our late lunch was delicious. Mom and I had food left over for dinner tonight. We will be back. Keep up the great work Juana and staff!"

"this is a 5 star authentic experience. the app allows only 4 stars, as it is not completely vegan. the rice is made with veggie oil and it is very delicious. the fried beans are vegan and it is one of the best I had. vegetarian fajitas are good and we have also tried the spinat enchilada without cheese. the guacamole comes with jalapeños. we liked it, but they should take it out if they don't like it spicy. the prizes are great and they give a lot of food. we're coming back!"

"The food has always tasted fresh. Thos place cannot crowded as they offer live music which is usually pretty good. Other than the rare occasion, the service is prompt and courteous."

"Overall, my favorite Mexican Restaurant in the Greater Pensacola area. It 's in Gulf Breeze, I know, but if I lived on the Mainland, I 'd still drive to Gulf Breeze to eat at Mariachis. Chicken Fajita Nachos are the best!"

"Delicious Authentic Mexican food with very attentive service at good prices. What more can you ask for? It was my first time at Casa Garcia but it won't be my last. I had the awesome Enchiladas plate. They were kind enough to substitute grilled vegetables for the beans and rice. I was trying to go lower carb until I got tempted by their homemade sopapillas which were so delicious! Their sopapillas are huge and sprinkled with cinnamon and brown sugar and then drizzled with honey. You can also watch them make their homemade tortillas. They have a bar and I understand they have good drinks but we didn't have any. A friend said they also serve a great breakfast. So I guess I will have to try that next time I'm in Kyle."

"If you are in the area and looking for a really good spot to eat with family, friends, or your significant other, this is definitely the spot! First off our server, Heidi, was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 13 and she catered to our every need, while remaining polite the entire time. Kudos to her and her spectacular customer service! Next the drink and food were spot on. I ordered a pineapple margarita but it was a bit sweet so I asked Heidi if she could add a hint of lemon. She gave me the option of lemon or lime and I selected lime, good choice that was. I got the medium size so make sure if you choose that you are not the DD lastly the food was hot and seasoned to perfection. I ordered Angel's Plate which is chicken, steak, shrimp, and ground beef in a fried tortilla with a side of Mexican rice. I did expect the rice to be a bit kore flavorful. Regardless the tortilla was beautifully crunchy, and the meat was tantalizingly tender. Their prices are in the mid range but so worth the flavors and service that they provide. Booths, tables, and bar seating is available; and if you're looking to purchase an alcoholic beverage they do follow identification protocols (so make sure you have your I.D on you). I will be adding Las Trojas Cantina to my top restaurants to visit whenever I am in Huntsville!"

"Been here a time before and it was really good. The other night, my boyfriend and I stopped in to place a to-go order and waited. It wasn?t much of a wait. We then took our food home and when we started eating, everything was so dry and over cooked.Almost like they cooked it previously in the day and just reheated it. We ordered fajitas that came with chicken, steak, shrimp, and chorizo. The shrimp was so over cooked we could barely get the tails off. My beans and rice were cold. Disappointing for howmuch each plate cost. Staff is super friendly but man, that was $40 wasted."

"I was attracted to the Chile Colorado as one of only two items on a very extensive menu that was labeled as spicy. Indeed, I was impressed with just how spicy the sauce was, it had quite a kick. Unfortunately the beef was very thinly sliced small pieces of what looked to be inside skirt, cut very thin to disguise its chewiness, and badly over cooked. I don't doubt it is the same beef that's used on their fajitas, and suspect it's representative of a fundamental problem at Nachos. The menu is far larger than what they could reasonably be expected to serve as quality dishes. If the restaurant actually wanted to serve Chile Colorado as an offering, they'd take the time to slow cook chunks of stew beef until tender. With the sauce, and flour tortillas, that could have been a fabulous dish. I'd quote the wife, who, equally disappointed with a combo plate, said that if Robert Irvine (Restaurant Impossible) ate at Nachos, he'd shut the place down and redo the menu. The rice and refried beans that accompanied the chile colorado were fine, sure, a bit bland, but they had a classic flavor for the tex mex sides. The salsa and chips were fine, the made to order guacamole (also rather bland) was good, particularly with some salsa added, though it was an enormous portion that two hungry people didn't get through half. Service was prompt and friendly, though our table was where they congregated and talked at any down moment, which was a little off putting."

"Was there during lunch ordered 2 beef fajitas dinners. When the check came they charged us full price. Don't appreciate the lowness in this act. I read on Facebook they had pulled some sneaky stuff with other people but I guess I needed to learn for myself. I will make sure my friends and family are aware. My dining partner was a four year old so to be charged dinner prices at lunch hours was a pricey meal for two! My last trip here for sure and this is not a jab at the woman who took our drink order or the guy who delivered the food to the table cause it was good. The old man was not very personable, pretty sure he was the ticket figurer."

"Everything was excellent. There was no wait to be seated, the menu has a variety compared to the more chain franchises. The margaritas were as heavy as they could be without affecting the taste. (If i want a shot of tequila instead of a margarita I 'll just order that) the server was very attentive and had a great personality putting up with my goofy buddies. The food was top notch."
