This place has something for everybody. I would recommend this place not just to anyone in the Pasadena area but also if you live around the city then for sure come check it out. "The customer service here is horrible!! That is the number one thing that you would expect from any restaurant and this place failed. My coworker and I walked into this store and literally waited 7 minutes until an employee came to the register. We didn’t get any acknowledgment from the employees walking right by us or no one saying “one minute!” We just got silence. I almost left. The fried fish tacos are still very tasty. My friend said it was not worth getting the shrimp burrito because they mostly filled it with beans and rice and barely any shrimp. Not sure if I will come back. I am very disappointed in how their service is lacking. That makes a huge difference in dining in and choosing where to eat."

"I had the BESTIE COMBO which included the Brisket, Ribs along with Brisket Chili cup and Beef Fat Fries. I thought the ribs were good but not enough meat on the bone and the Brisket was okay, a little dry and not much of a smoke flavor. The brisket Chili tasted like it was right out of a can. The staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. The atmosphere was very nice and of course right next to the Cardinals Ballpark."

"I was recommended this place by a friend while visiting from out of town. I rarely have at at BBQ spots because I?m a pescatarian and they almost never have seafood options. Salt and Smoke did not disappoint with their smoked salmon. I got the smoked salmon sandwich with Mac and cheese. I also got a small kale salad with smoked salmon added. The portions are large. It was an insane value for the cost. Service was also phenomenal. I came solo on my way to the airport with very little time to space. In less than 30 minutes, I was seated, served, had a cocktail, ate some food, and took the rest to go. My server Kayleigh was amazing. It was peak time when I dined here but she had a great sense of urgency and was super attentive.Highly recommend."

"This was a Salt+Smoke location we had never been to and we were pleasantly surprised by it. We are outside, which isn’t quite a patio but more of sidewalk tables, but the area wasn’t very noisy or heavy on car traffic. Inside is smaller than the location we’ve been to before. The food was great. I am vegetarian and got the falafel sandwich with the kale salad. The salad was spectacular but the serving bowl was impractical. A lot of my salad ended up on my plate or on the table. The waitstaff was kind and the service was quick. Our appetizer was out as quickly as our drinks."

"The California Burrito with pastor was really good and they were fast and the salsa is great. I was disappointed with the Shrimp Ceviche Tostada because it was missing the avocado and limes, at least if i got the avocado i paid for would have been a win. DoorDash refunds suck and dont make up for when there are issues with the order but thats not the restaurants fault."
