"When we finally placed our order, the prices were double what I had been quoted over the phone. The employee claimed she had made a mistake, and as we pointed this out, she continued to argue about the prices. At one point, a customer behind us pointed out that the prices on their menu were even cheaper than what we were being offered. Despite this, she kept disputing it. Frustrated, we decided to leave with our group of 12 and head elsewhere, at which point she finally offered us the original menu prices.
On a brighter note, during my second visit, the service was much better, although the staff member still appeared overwhelmed trying to handle the large crowd that had gathered. Again, this visit took place on a Friday at 6 p.m. I strongly suggest that more employees be scheduled during busy evening hours."
