"My girlfriend and I are here now and she was pleased to see the outdoor seating welcomes canine friends. The waiter was nice but seemed only slightly rushed with 6 full tables. What people don't understand is that if you are running your own food and bussing your tables there isn't much time for the customers' small requests like a drink refill. No biggie, being a server myself he was doing a nice job. The veg soup was delicious and my ham and biscuits took a little while to come out but good food does take a little longer than fast cheap food. The cost was reasonable and the iced coffee was delicious as well. Too bad there's no free refill on that! Ha! We had a nice day to be outdoors and this was a nice change of pace. Atwaters is also a true from the ground up business. Developed with just bread and farmers markets here in Baltimore to the 6 or 8 full dining locations it is today. No location is in a crumby area either. All the shops around are upscale as well. Come out and support your local businesses and enjoy their food and service."
