"Great restaurant for authentic Chinese food across a variety of regional cuisines. Think of Cafe China as the greatest hits menu for your cravings. We came as a large group, which I'd recommend as the dishes are large and best eaten family-style. We got 3 appetizers and 3 mains for 7 people, and some fried rice and white rice to help absorb the spiciness of the dishes. For apps we got the pan fried pork buns, dan dan noodles, and crispy eel wuxi. For mains we ordered the Chungking spicy chicken, spicy cumin lamb, spicy fish fillets, and eggplants in garlic sauce. Everything tasted delicious, so I'm just going to call out my favorites. The pan fried pork buns were incredibly juicy, while the fish and chicken were both pleasingly spicy with the Sichuan peppercorns. Will be back here to try more dishes in the future."
