"Be ready to wait more than 30 min for just a sandwich. I am an Uber driver and had to pick up 2 sandwiches from this place. They were not ready by the time I arrived, which is ok since t was lunch time. I waited, went across the street to the library to used the restroom, cane back and waited more. When I asked Amia the rude girl at the counter for an update she replied There is nothing I can do, we are under staffed, plus you get paid to wait . Instead of taking ownership of the issue knowing she did not start making the sandwiches until I arrived to picked the. Up and knowing they were understaffed, she decided to be condescending. She continue saying don 't pick up from this place anymore and when I asked her for her name to report her she said u don 't need to know my name . Once again young girl, is not about the issue, is about how u reacted to it. I hope u lear that if you are in the service industry, sometimes we have to take the punch when we don 't deliver as expected."
