"This restaurant apparently exists only to feed morning shift workers at BGE and the jail. It's only open on weekdays, only during early hours. So how is it that they have the best meatloaf I've ever had? Their gravy is thick, smooth and consistent, with a tangy, savory flavor. Anything they put it on will be better as a result. Put their gravy on your life."
