"Huge props on Caffe Bene Jackson Heights’ beautiful staff. I came to a meeting yesterday with my intern – the first time for both of us. I went to the bar and said, “I don’t feel good and I’m a vegetarian. Help me?” Two minutes later, I had a hot camomile citrus tea in one hand and a spinach pestoquinoa bowl in the other. Thanks for feeling welcome and better. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area."

"I have eaten here many times and it is always excellent! The place is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have to eat gluten-free (because of allergy not preference and never had a problem eating here. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the options that would be safe for me to eat. I usually order on the line that is super easy from their website, and my order is ready to pick up when I arrive. The only difficulty I have with this place is the decision to order what: everything I tried was delicious, but I think I should say the Fajitas are my favorite! To finish the great food, I love it when a local business has a caring owner who returns to the community!"

"I was going to order food through Grubhub, so I could pick it up. They had an offer seven dollars off your first order, so I use that coupon and ordered a steak burrito bowl. They gave a pretty good size portion of refried beans, lettuce, rice, steak, cheese, salsa, sour cream. However, the steak literally has absolutely zero taste. I'd rather get a burrito bowl from chipotle. I definitely was not impressed."

"TL;DR: Weaselly and dishonest, rude, only average food nothing special. More detail: One of my biggest pet peeves is dishonest, weaselly business practices. I ordered guacamole; menu sign lists the price as 6.99. When the young lady (who was rude attitude rang it up, it charged me 7.99 (a dollar more . When I pointed out the price as quoted on the sign, she looked me in the eye and immediately coldly said, That price is wrong. Excuse me?? Oh it iS, is it?? Well, isn 't that convenient. It 's not the dollar that angers me; I can afford it. It 's the dishonesty and the attitude. The correct response should have been: Sorry sir; we changed the price and haven 't changed the sign yet. Let me re do the total for you (followed by removing a dollar from my total . That price is wrong is NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. (Oh, and I wonder how long the price on the sign has been wrong and how many people noticed the overcharging going on? So, this place cheats its customers, and gives rude service. Is that all? No. My food was also utterly average, nothing special. Congratulations, you cheated me out of an extra dollar. You 'll never see me again, nor anybody I talk to about you, so enjoy your gain. No reason to come here for meh food, rude attitude, and sleazy dishonest business practices. No surprise to me that there are so many negative reviews on Yelp mentioning how rude the clerks are. Go elsewhere."

"They served us under cooked chicken and we got sick. There special was chicken so my fiance got it. once he realized that it was undercooked we had to track someone down because they did not bring us or check I asked for our check and said brought it to their attention that the chicken was undercooked the waitress looked at it and said oh my let me see what we can do about that and took it to the back. Then another woman came up to her and was very rude to her and said first of all it is not raw and it is eaten. So I brought to her attention that the outside of the chicken was cooked and the center was not and that we did not want to be compensated for the raw chicken but just wanted to bring it to their attention because it could make someone sick. She argued with me so I said could you just give me out check so we can go she still argued. It was the worst experience we have had at a restaurant and my fiance is still sick and has a stomachache from the under cooked chicken. Our waitress was very nice the resturant horriable."

"We both got the Thai food at Maria's. We had the red curry with seafood and the Tom Kha soup with chicken. Both were freshly prepared. The chicken in the Tom Kha soup was still very tender. My usual complaint about most Thai and Chinese places is that the meat seems like it's been overcooked or sat out too long. The seafood in the Red Curry was also very tender. The flavor of both dishes was wonderful.I can't speak to the Mexican food, but I bet it's equally great.I say the same thing on Yelp, if this looks familiar."

"Recently the Benny?s Tacos location near LMU in Los Angeles visited for the first time and my life has been changed forever. From the Bay Area (San Francisco) I have never experienced Benny?s Tacos before. Let me begin to say that the food, although Benny's looks restless, is INCREDIBLE. The foods were fresh to order, not frozen or prefabricated. The quality of the food is what drives my five (5) star rating. The quality of food is high and the taste is incredible. I ordered the carane asada (steak apologise my mispelling) quesadilla and it was so amazing (see pictures). All orders came with chips, guacamole and acid cream. Every Mexican restaurant should try to be like Benny? Let me talk about the very helpful staff. They were friendly, helpful and friendly. If you're EVER near a Benny? Tacos, you have to try. "I ordered the Quesadilla with Carnitas, Street Tacos with chicken, and a side of Guacamole. This place BY FAR, has the best guacamole I have ever eaten. The portions were very large, with plenty of meat ingredients . I wasn apos;t expecting it, but we also received refried beans rice, and a bag of tortillas. The flavors were on point, tasting each ingredient, great sauces as well (green red). The only thing I wish- was that for my "street tacos" that the shells were skillet fried. Other than that, you won apos;t be disappointed! I can apos;t wait to try more!"
