"I liked the other location that is now out of Service located on 21St off garnett old Taco bueno location. Excellent service smelled clean when visiting bathrooms were nice clean. Service was outstanding prices were comparable. This other location had a strong fish smell when entering establishment service was ok didn't get chips salsa like other location. Parking was a disaster in back with cars trucks parked in all directions . Guess I will only visit the drive thru if I decide on trying the food again but lacked flavor unlike the other location that closed for some reason.Parking: Parking was in all directions backing out was difficult because of drive thru traffic wrapped around building ."

"The chili Chile Relleno Plate was okay. It was a big portions, the sauce was flavorful but slightly watery. The chili relleno was crunchy, undercooked a little. The chips had no salt on them and was a little bland for my taste. Wasn't the worst place but wasn't the best either, it was just so so."

"I ordered a taco salad just enough from a court. So I thought. I prefer QDoba's now. I always give Tomatillos a chance and it's always a disappointment. 1. Taco bowl was burned and tasty 2. Meat was very thin pieces 3. There was no cheese that probably had to ask for him with a supplement) 4. The man who was prepared not to use gloves and his hands on the same towel he wiped them after touching raw meat. This must be an OSHA red flag."

"Great little Mexican food establishment. The food is always extremely good and the service is exceptional. I had the fajitas locas and it was incredible (as is all their food). Like I stated before, the service is absolutely the best. The waitresses are always willing to go above and beyond. The adult drinks are also worth their weight in enjoyment."

"Ordered takeout which included a large guacamole. Thought the guacamole wasn’t included and called the restaurant. Turns out that the container full of lettuce that I thought held the toppings for my quesadilla was what they consider a large guacamole. So shady! Do yourself a favor and don’t order guacamole to go just get it from the Chipotle above the restaurant they actually know how to fill a container with guacamole. Super lame Mezcaluna! "I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Grande Special, which included a burrito, enchilada, hard-shell taco, chile relleno, rice, and refried pinto beans. All the items were filled with seasoned ground beef, except for the chalupa. The meal was served on two platters. The only issue I had with the food was that the ground beef filling was overly salty. The chile relleno I received was not fried or covered in egg batter as usual, but instead drenched in a cheese sauce, which I found to be fine. The rice had a perfect texture and taste, while the beans were decent. My main complaint was the salty meat filling. On a positive note, the salsa served with the tortilla chips was incredibly bland. The service was good and the price of $17.00 was a great deal."

"Overall, the service was missing on our visit. Not very welcome at arrival, no Happy Hour Specials when sitting in the dining room, drinks very slow, a person meal took an additional 3-4 minutes to arrive, empty drinks for a while before on... And when we got the bill, I noticed that the review was already 18% of the Gratity on it for a table of 4. I asked if there should be luck and the server said, not safe, sometimes there is and sometimes there is not. Said it depends on the crowd, but didn't know the crowd. I paid it anyway, but not happy about the experience as a whole. Eating was decent, not sure if we were going to leave another."

"I've never written a review of a restaurant before, on Google or elsewhere, but I left here feeling I had to leave one because it was/is ~fantastic~. First of all, and perhaps most notably, the staff is so kind and attentive. Beyond that, the menu is extensive, service is *extremely* quick, the food is hot and delicious, and the portions are huge. They also have very good salsa. As far as I can tell, this leaves no room for improvement : Please support this wonderful local business!!"

"I have eaten here many times and it is always excellent! The place is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have to eat gluten-free (because of allergy not preference and never had a problem eating here. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the options that would be safe for me to eat. I usually order on the line that is super easy from their website, and my order is ready to pick up when I arrive. The only difficulty I have with this place is the decision to order what: everything I tried was delicious, but I think I should say the Fajitas are my favorite! To finish the great food, I love it when a local business has a caring owner who returns to the community!"
