"The interpretations here have the classic endemic overtones of authentic Italian food from New York City, but you can still taste a touch of Sonoma County in the flavors. For example, fresh basil leaves strategically placed on a meat ball or chicken parmesan. You wouldn't find that in New York. The sausage Parmesan is a classic and about the most beautiful Parmesan sandwich, with a Mirae pixel of juicy peppers, onions and mushrooms. In my opinion, the sausage could be of somewhat better quality, but I still think it is the best of their sandwiches because of the classic flavors in it. The pizza is REAL. I have eaten many slices in New York and New Jersey and I can't wait to get more. The paprika is less spicy than I remember, but overall the taste is the real deal. The Calzone are fresh to order and remember my first childhood at the East Coast. The pasta attracts classic dishes with a fresh touch of Sonoma County in every bite. I love this place, they don't take credit cards, but I love this place. Mange!"
