"For the cyclists amongst your potential customers...two weeks ago some friends and I were riding on 79th, northbound about a half mile from Abo's store when we were buzzed by a black Volvo. Curiously enough the vehicle pulled into the shopping center so we followed to ask why someone would crowd 4 riders riding in single file. We caught up to the driver just as he's walking into Abo's where he works as a driver. I yelled to him to ask him why he did it, his response was that we were supposed to be riding outside of the white lines.Someone needs to inform this person, just as I did, that automobiles are by law supposed to give 3' clear between them and cyclists. The group I was riding with is very courteous and we try to ride single file most times. It's alarming when someone goes out of their way to endanger others, there was no traffic coming in the opposite direction."
