"QR code menus, enough said.I understand it was necessary during COVID, and for places that only have a few options for food type, it's fine to still be QR code only. But sushi restaurants are not that kind of place. They have 100+ items, all similar in style and ingredients, so having a physical menu to compare rolls and options is extremely helpful. The online only menu means you have to constantly scroll up and down the page looking for what you want and trying to compare options, and it's honestly way more stressful than it's worth. Rolls are extremely similar with one or two ingredients different, so if you scroll down to look at the options, it takes forever to find the original item you were looking at.The vibe on the outside is cool, but it was dead inside and I was so frustrated by the menu that we just got one roll to split and then left to go to Sam's Sushi it's only a block away and they have real menus. The one roll at Billy's tasted pretty good, but the price for the size and overall experience did not make this an enjoyable stop. Please have your management reconsider the QR code only menu. It is a terrible choice and the primary reason I will not be back here when there's an easier, cheaper option just steps away."
