"The interior of the restaurant is very clean. The man who made two sandwiches for me took his time and was not rushing or messy like most subway employees. He politely told another customer that he would be with them shortly because he was working alone. I appreciated his professionalism, the cleanliness of the prep area, and how friendly he was. "Driving through town, on a time crunch with hungry kids. Ordered online using the app at 6:30. Arrived at 6:50. Our order wasn't even started! Waited in line just to check, and the sandwich artist said, oh we've been busy. So just before 7PM she starts the sandwich order, which admittedly was large. Done at 7:14. Got in our car, realized we were short a sandwich! Had to go back and wait even longer. Absolute waste of time! I even added a tip to the order!"

"I visited this restaurant that had a touch screen order drive-thru, which was perfect for me as someone who is hard of hearing and usually struggles at regular drive-thrus. I appreciated being able to order without having to communicate with the staff through the window. However, I noticed that the screen was not very clean, so it's a good idea to bring sanitizer or gloves. I suggest having someone clean the screen every few cars. Despite this, the orders were completed quickly compared to other fast food drive-thrus. Overall, great job Subway!"
