"I've ordered delivery from Zoku for years and for the most part, it has been quite good. When they raised their prices, I stayed as a customer because I knew that supply chains were stretched thin and profit margins were being squeezed. When they switched away from their own delivery and went with a service and delivery prices significantly increased, I still stuck by them. But this latest order has me rethinking my loyalty. I ordered the Pad See Ew, which I've had several times before. This time, there was not a single whole noodle in sight nothing but tiny little overcooked pieces of noodle. No sauce it had all been absorbed by the overcooked noodle fragments. It was essentially flavorless and very oily. It went into the compost bin. I also ordered the unagi roll my favorite. Unlike in the past, the roll was much smaller. I also ordered the seaweed salad. It was the smallest portion I've ever received it did not even fill the bottom of the container and it usually was a good amount. I really hope this is a fluke, I have been quite a fan of Zoku in the past and have introduced many friends to it. I'll give it one more try, but I fear that with prices up and quantity and quality of food down, Zoku may have lost its shine."
