"My friend ordered a pizza from here and they forgot to deliver the pizza. They let it sit in the warmer for over 45 minutes and thought it was still ok to deliver this pizza. Not only did they make the pizza wrong, but it was so dried out that we almost had to add water to rehydrate this pizza. To top all of it off I got food poisoning from this pizza. Never again will I order from Papa Romano's and definitely not from this one!"

"Definitely interesting from the start. From pulling in they have a lane you can pull up for 'carry out ' delivery. They also have decent amount of parking spaces. When walking in, the restaurant seemed clean and new. Staff also seemed nice. I ordered the taco pie and wings. I have had taco pizza and I will say this taco pizza so far is the best. To where I must taco bout it....anyways...the wings also tasted good. So in the end, will I go back? Yes."
"About 2 weeks ago I ordered. The delivery came early and we were excited. BUT I didn 't get a soda. I called the restaurant and the exact words for the manager on shift was we 've been having that problem today, we 're so busy . Now it wasn 't a big deal butI didn 't want to spend $64 when I didn 't get what I ordered. I was told they would refund the soda. COOL. A week, NOTHING. WhenI called I was told the manager would call to issue the refund... Two weeks and still NOTHING. I was going to call and complainAGAIN but really, what 's the point. You guys don 't care about customer satisfaction and I don 't care to order again. WHICH ISSAD BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! I JUST WANTED MY ???? $3"

I was disappointed with my order and while the experience was unusually sub par he made the time to personally call me and make it right. Gave me the truth and provided great resolution while exchanging feedback. Really appreciate that kind of gesture and service. coming from similar background in my career, it shows that this is a community staple and proud of their service."

"Their plain slice is a respectable $1 slice. Fresh crust, sparse mozz, sauce a bit sweet. The other pies looked lovingly assembled, so worth trying. Chipper service, quaint digs. Open late is a plus. A keeper for the LES."
