"Let me prevent this by saying I don't enjoy driving through Newark DE, although there are many good restaurants here... Ramen Kumamoto, however, has a parking space that is ingenious and makes it easier. I've only had the wrong arms, but it's very good. There are a few things I wanted to show here: the eggs are actually a tiny bit sweet, which is different from other raven sites I had, but it is still great and they are perfectly cooked. Secondly, the pig is on the point, as I personally believe, that pig frames should be. Some places use pork that is thin-cut pork chops and that is not my preference. The pig bell is here. The broth is good, but I would like to try their Shoyu or Mayu next time, I think that style of broth would be really good with the taste of seasoned eggs."
