"A more elegant brunch/lunch place with a more open kitchen so you can see the cooks work! I highly recommend this place for brunch, the drinks are incredible and beautiful! I got the Good Witch and it was SO tasty. There was a drink called Purple Rain that's SO pretty! I very rarely see purple drinks that beautiful and Felicia. The burrata was a delicious meal but we shared it as an appetizer. The condiments with it were amazing! The daily popover (which is close to a yorshire pudding texture) is delightful but huge! We didn't realize it's came with 2 and it doesn't state that on the menu so recommend sharing it with one or even two people! I got the avocado baked eggs and it was delicious but a bit odd to eat. It was a whole avocado, cut in half, with a poached egg in each half but I want expecting the skin to still be on the avocado so it was awkward to eat. Overall it was delicious but the lack of descriptions to include important notes for the meals is the only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5. I wish the menu made mention that there were skins on the avocados or that the waiter could have looked at my party of 6 and suggested we split 3 popovers out at least make mention how big they are (we ordered 5 of them on top of our meals, drinks, and other appetizers and so it became wasteful). I want to add, for accessibility reasons: The restrooms are an adventure, I had to go upstairs and down a hall to get to it. There are elevators for those that can't take stairs though! Just a bit of a journey to get there."

"This is the restaurant we need in our lives. I honestly don't know where to start. Let's start with the menu. Menus: PLENTY of choices and extremely customizable. In fact, the cook came out to speak directly with a pair that had specific needs. He showed incredible attention to detail and pride when he rushed back to the kitchen to prepare her meal. Staff: The most friendly souls serve everyone with a courtesy professionalism 2 to absolutely no one. Always attentive. Never hurry. Never float, but always realize you need something soon. Management: Invest your day by ensuring that everything is top. The staff is definitely reflected by their management. Back: This place is not in Florida (where I live)"

"The food itself was solid, the customer service was unfortunate. The waiter wore his mask under his nose, and there wasn't a real attempt at social distancing. I was seated alone in a booth, a group of four was seated in the booth directly behind mine- less than a foot of space between me and two of them. In addition, I specifically asked them if they accepted my credit card as payment, they said yes- come to find out later that the card machine wasn't working, and I had touse their ATM to take out money to pay my bill. This was annoying, but the part that crossed the line was when the waiter took my $10 and didn't give any change back- he refused to even look at me when I approached him to ask if everythingwas settled. I would've given a tip anyways, but he clearly wasn't taking any chances. Never coming back <3"

"This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the food and the service. Everyone as friendly and we were greeted as we approached the counter. It's a seat yourself environment so nothing crazy as you walk through the door, just head to the counter and order. The food came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were more than enough to be full and grab a to-go box worth. The men's bathroom smelled and looked clean. Most restaurants miss the mark on either of those but this one did not. 10/10 would recommend!"

"My great nephew and I enjoyed our lunch very much. Each of us choice an omelette as our entree. Mine was described in the menu and ordered by its number. My nephew's choice was to select the items he wanted included. The waitress very efficiently took the order, delivered it in a timely manner, and checked a few times to make sure we had all we needed. It was an overall excellent experience."

The only thing we went to PALM SUNDAY for lunch and it was overcrowded, had to make a small line, but only wait about 10 minutes or something that is not too bad after, when we put ourselves on eating the line was huge...................... "This diner is nice and quaint. Seemed like the place to go for the locals. The wait staff knew most of the patrons inside. The food was delicious. Orders came out rather quicky. Everything ordered was tasty. I had a young child with me, the staff offered them coloring/activity pages and crayon. The child I was with was pleasantly surprised when they saw they had pages of activities and not just a single page to color. The crayons provided were crayons of different colors outside of the standard red, blue, and red. The wait staff was fun. Very attentive to the table. If ever in the area again, I would go back."

"Good food, but questionable customer service. I ordered an ice cream coffee, server asked if I refused vanilla and I. We were accused of additional costs for vanilla anyway, and the cashier seemed not satisfied with changing it. What was changed to $4... when we came back, they seemed even less happy to change that. It's a trivial amount of money, but it's the principle. Good and fair customer service would make it right without trouble or attitude. Edit: not sure how to react to the owner's response below. This happened today at 11:30 am at the San Mateo site, and we have dived. Take the offer, but don't worry about the ice cream, we won't return. Just make sure your workers have a good morality."
