"Since someone who often goes to the lounges, I would have to say that I could definitely see this place as a top competitor in the Houston Hookah Lounge Market. I celebrated my 23. Birthday here with 30 my friends and the o2 staff did a wonderful task to take care of us. But before I get to the event, I want to talk about something that occurred before I even made a reservation there. I really saw positive reviews on yelp about this place, so I decided to look for them on Facebook to learn more information. After getting fucked on fb and giving them a message about their lounge, the owner of the farms (Nomi G) took the time to add me to fb and directly message me and answer to my concerns. I thought that was Dope because it showed that he was actually enough to react immediately, unlike many other lounges that do not seem to show much enthusiasm in terms of customer relationships. I made my reservation through Facebook and Nomi made sure that he would have set up a section for me and that he would take care of my party myself, which I thought was brilliant. When the night of the event came, Nomi and his employees did an excellent job to keep my guests and I satisfied. Usually in other Hookah lounges a party of our size can be visited once or twice by our waiters and it causes a lot of frustration due to the needs that come with a party size of 10 people. O2 has done a really good job, excellent service throughout the night. Overall, 02 offers great tasting food for reasonable prices, great prices for Hookah, and excellent service. If you start to find yourself, despise your ordinary Hookah spot or looking for a new place to try out, I definitely recommend trying this place."
