"BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SLY! Ordered two breakfast duos Without informing us, blueberry chocolate chip pancakes was extra . She did inform us that turkey bacon was extra. OK. A meal that costs 9.99 nearly doubled to 17.48. NOT COOL. We were served smuckers ?breakfast syrup? so we asked for maple syrup. (Peep the little sauce cup in the pic. Without informing us this was 2.59 extra. NOT COOL. Then we realized we weren?t served our toast that comes with the breakfast duo she said we had to request this. WHAT???? There?s also fake Heinz ketchup. SLY. P.S. customers that don?t pay cash get a fee added to their receipt. This place is so deceitful, I wouldn?t recommend."

"Went there for the first time yesterday. The staff is friendly and service quick and excellent. I got the beef gyro, delicious and reasonably priced. The orzo soup amazing! My favorite was the way they make their fries, hot and crispy and enough for a whole meal I went back today and got a delicious corned beef Ruben. Today I noticed they have beautiful pastries including cheese cake and baklava. Can't wait to try their breakfast and dinner items!"

"Avoid this place permanently, there's better cafes with quality food and welcoming personalities, worse case got to gregory on 46th and the café next door better food and service. There is a condescending attitude with a few of the staff. First incident from the cook very trashy demeanor- just adding toppings to my omelet rushing me and being rude, it was not busy at all that morning. another occasion they told me to buy before I start up my computer and even when i said yes. the supervisor still stood there arguing to rush me as i told her yes i will buy just needed to plug my computer. The audacity to still stand there being rude says a lot about the mindset of the team. Very disqusting and disappointing group. I ended up leaving due to the lack of welcome and prejudice."

"I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. She even chatted with us about dog biscuits, which was unexpected but nice. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience."

"I came here on a whim on a Friday night and it was a great experience. have driven past this place frequently and decided to finally give it a try. It wasn't too crowded and the inside was pretty nice. We were seated quickly and given chips, salsa, and drinks! I love a spicy salsa so that was great. My entree was incredible! There were so many different vegetarian options, so for me, that was a huge plus. And they were all creative and came with a lot of food for the price. I liked that they included additional salsas for my tacos. I'd definitely come back and try some other plates for sure!"

"Are you uncertain as to whether you have a taste for Mexican food, Cuban or Guatemalan food? Well this place had it all. It's a small place on North Ave close to 25th Street in Melrose Park. Don't go to fast otherwise you might pass it up. Turn around if you pass it up cause the food is really a treat and the prices are pretty low, considering the quantity and quality of food you get. "Forbearance! Platz is hands down the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza was undercooked and just plain awful. I ordered delivery tonight, and the pizza looked like it had been tossed around in the box, with the cheese sticking to the top. I even pointed this out to the delivery person, but there's a reason I chose delivery in the first place. I've never seen anyone complain openly about undercooked pizza there in all these years. To make matters worse, the wings were overly salty. I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. I just had to share my experience."

"We ordered a whole pizza along with some other items. They forgot the pizza. When I mentioned it they sent it five minutes later and it was so cold the driver carried it sideways and handed it to me and not one piece of cheese had moved. My kids didn't want to send it back."
