"Update: not sure if they are under new management, but they are much better. I still do not trust the wings, but I have bought many Pizzas and mozzarella sticks."

"I went to Al-Sham on Bustleton Avenue for the first time two nights ago because I had a craving for a samon steak. It was an amazing sandwich, the salmon was nicely chopped and soft. The bread was perfect and the fried onions and hot peppers set it off perfectly! I will be returning soon...even driving from NJ. By the way,my son also enjoyed his delightfully prepared regular cheesesteak."

"I stopped in because I was getting my car detailed across the street. The woman working was very welcoming, and the place seemed pretty lowkey. I ordered the lamb shawarma, the flavor profile was great, exactly what I wanted, but there were some notable disappointments. The ingredients that were out buffet style to be served were not fresh, the lettuce had oxidized (the red that appears), it is still safe to eat, but I do hold restaurants to a higher standard than my own kitchen Also, the lamb was not fresh either, it was dry. It was fine in the sandwich being masked by all the great flavors and the actual flavor profile of the meat was great as well, but eating the lamb on its own was a mistake… All in all because I slammed it back i’ll give this place a 4. I hope to try it again some day with better quality ingredients!"

"What a wonderful find! This neighborhood eatery offered a great breakfast and a huge menu that continues throughout the day. I had a Greek omelette that was too large to eat! It was absolutely stuffed with well seasoned spinach and feta cheese and it tasted wonderful! I saved half of the omelette and potatoes for a great breakfast the next day. My cousin, who is a vegan, had them take the elements of the Mediterranean wrap and cook them with the potatoes and loved it. They were, more than, happy to accommodate her dietary proclivities. The staff was real friendly and the menu has enormous variety. As really pleasant surprise!!"

The chefs food was spot on, and absolutely delicious, Plated with care I can tell because the plate was neat. All the food was fresh and to mention that the kitchen looked so clean I had to leave a tip lol. "This restaurant is located across the street but still it’s location is little unconnected with the market area, hence not easily visible. The appetizers were good but main course was above average ,it’s an mediocre Indian restaurant but prices are affordable. Restaurant is clean and servers are good. They mainly get take away orders hence usually empty if you’re dining there. weekends are busy because they serve buffet in good prices. Varieties in buffet is sufficient and hot. All n all we can revisit here."

"This place is a food chain and the food itself is wonderful, portions are moderate, and they do not over season their food which can be a bit of a problem with Mediterranean cuisine. Their customer service is completely non existent though. They will notallow you to call a dine in order, even after I offered to pay over the phone. They will take a minimum of 20min to make yourorder making you take the majority of your break time and run over to eat. You will be forced to take out with the rezoning thatthey only serve fresh but then it is the same when you take it out????. The problem is most businesses are 10 to 15 min away andpicking food up is not a viable option and this restaurant does not care. There is a viable option across the street that I willbe frequenting for this alone. They are more affordable and actually thank you for scheduling your dine in so will be able todine with them. I will not be returning here and hope they will consider the schedules of their patrons and not operate on whatbest serves their own interests."

"This is one of those places I feel that the order from the menu is better than the lunch buffet. At least for vegans and vegetarians. Most Indian restaurants are friendly for vegans and vegetarians, but this place goes beyond and beyond (again, from the menu, not necessary, the buffet). There are the usual vegetarian curry offerings, but many of the additional menu items can be explicitly made with tofu/pair or other vegetables instead of meat. I suppose that's true for other Indian restaurants and they just don't put it that way on the menu, but it's not something to underestimate, because at least you know that you pay a reasonable price because meat is almost always more expensive. The food here is exceptionally well made, with my favorites is the chana masala, the dal makhni, and the biryani with either tofu or wind wipers."

"I highly recommend trying the duck bao at this restaurant. The duck is perfectly fried, seasoned, and tender, with a perfect crust. The bao itself is light and fluffy like a cloud, and the stuffing (pickled apple, red onion, carrot, cilantro) is seasoned perfectly. I am usually not a fan of fruits in entrees, but the combination in this dish was amazing. Thank you, Dim Sum Bar, for a great meal."

"This is our second or third time coming to the restaurant. The food and service is always exceptional. But I don't understand is the type of music that is played and the noise level. Would be so much better if there was some authentic Indian music that was quiet and not interrupting our conversation. We brought another couple and they thoroughly enjoyed it, but I had to ask our waiter to turn down the music as it was just drowning out our conversation."
