"They served half eaten food. DISGUSTING! We've been loyal to this place for years, tonight I ordered edamame and when I got to the bottom half of it, it was clearly eaten pods. We understand that restaurants are stressed and hurting so we're pretty forgiving but they literally served me some one else's half eaten food, and this can get people sick. This is beyond unsanitary!I took the half eaten container of edemame back to the restaraunt and the girl at the counter tried to BS me that it was from steam from crab Rangoon placed on top in the bag. We support local restaurants but will absolutely be reporting a Food Establishment Complaint with the city so no one gets sick from these idiots."

"I had a Spicy Chicken and Beef Combo, which comes with rice and grilled veggies. The dish was served very hot, which was nice. The rice was well done and the portions were fine. I prefer the normal terriyaki salad to these grilled veggies (mostly cabbage), but I can understand how others would disagree. The beef seemed like it might have been boiled. Or maybe it has just been sitting on the hotplate for too long. It was bland and tough. The spicy chicken was just ok, and seemed like they just sloshed some siracha on after it was cooked. I'll stick with Okinawa in the future."

"PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE $1-$2 DIFFERENT When pointed out to the staff, I was not trying to get the lower prices just wanted them to get fixed, I was told it was the old owners. I know for a fact that they have access to the web page as hours have been updated since they took over. Quality/flavor/portion size are also lacking, even with the drastic price increases."

"Today was my first time coming here after my husband kept talking about it because he liked it when he went with a friend for lunch. Let me tell you.. this was good food! The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the bathroom was clean. The owners are super friendly. Definitely going back."
