"This location has become so bad I don't even want to keep giving it the benefit of the doubt: I'm an assistant manager in a restaurant where I work and almost every time I've been here my order is wrong or my tacos are broken and falling apart. I'mcurrently sitting in the drive through behind the person in front of me. I gave up on trying to place my order. The gentlemanthat tried could not understand what I was trying to order and it was on a picture display. He kept asking me what number afterasking me four times what I wanted to drink when I asked what it came with he responded with what to you want. I just needed toknow what it came with because most places upcharge for coffee or orange juice.I buy breakfast 5 days a week and It would benice to switch things up and go here more often but today was the last straw. The numbers for dinner were still up, I had noclue what number the meal was on the picture. After the gentleman's confusion I told him never mind it's fine, yesterday I gotjust the breakfast tacos in the picture instead of the meal and they forgot to put the hash browns in the tacos. I didn't trustthem to make my order right today so I sat behind the person in front of me for 15 min until he finally received his food and Icould leave. Sadly, I will not be back to this location and if I have time I will be speaking to the management staff abouttheir conduct of service this morning. Great food, poor workmanship."
