You order your food first, or grab the ready made meals, drinks etc then pay at the cashier and get a paid sticker on your items if you will dine in. "I love diner food and don't expect much re: atmosphere, but this one was a little grimier than typical. When I go to a greasy spoon for breakfast, at the very least I expect really good coffee. Their's was horribly harsh and no amount of cream and sugar could fix it. OJ, equally bad bitter, expired maybe. Drank 2 sips. The plain pancakes that I ordered were excellent but could not make up for the horrid coffee and OJ, thus 3 stars only."

"Huge portions of each part is large enough to share for two people! If you order a main dish, the pasta on the page is large enough for a meal of itself. The chicken parmigiana is perfectly cooked and you have residues for a late evening snack. I also recommend the wedges very large satisfying and the staff is very nice to boot. You'll never be hungry here. Also great prices!"

"I have an order for the last minute catering, a very small work meeting, just needed an antipasto and cheese tablet. I ordered at 11:30 a.m. and found out that the event was canceled at 1:30 a.m., I contacted them immediately to cancel the order for the new date or preferably to change it again. they canceled the $200 order, refunded me $20, and told me they would be happy to accompany our later event, but the cancellation fee is still because they had to throw away all food. a few things. the restaurant industry was hit hard because of the pandemic, I know that. people like me cannot afford to do like these all willing nilly. I know. they had to throw away all food?...Why was there only a 2 hours gap between me to put the order and find out that the meeting was canceled delivery was not planned until 3:30. again, maybe. I'm wrong! but if they had said. if we would still charge them all the amount and throw away all the food, I would have just taken the food and put it in the refrigerator. Finally, nowhere...absolutely nowhere is it written the due customers will be when an order is canceled with this place. they gave me $20 of a $200 order, and we're talking about cheese and olive. it looks like this place has really good food, but I will never order from them again, and no one will be in my company. it is not my fault that someone was sick and that was canceled, not their fault, maybe a better communication and customer service."

"I’m a small business owner in the area, and after a few years of this placing just missing me, I finally started trying them out. I have nothing but great things to say, on every level. Here are the things that keep me coming back 1. Fresh produce/food obviously the owners care, and the line cooks are dealing with fresh stuff EVERYTIME2. Price to portion is great. Nothing is cheap in NY, but I never walk away thinking I spent too much on my meal.3. Friendly people running/owning the place that remember their clientele, and hit quick turnarounds on orders.I’ve ordered from these guys now at least weekly if not 2 3 times a week for the past year i would say, and everytime they recognize my voice, and nail my order. "I usually do not leave reviews but I do feel as though this is worth mentioning. Upon arrival to the restaurant, the initial host was not friendly at all... I placed my order to go with another hostess and was sitting at a vacant table awaiting my take out order. After about 7 minutes or so, I was asked to get up from the table due to another customer arriving (after me) that was wanting to dine in for their food. I was publicly embarrassed by having to get up and then not being offered anywhere to go or sit while I continued to wait for my prepaid order. All I received was a quiet apology for the nuisance and my order. This place has no accommodations for if you come in and order food to go. I was never offered anything due to the public embarrassment and for the inconvenience. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life and I have no clue if it is due to my race (non-white) but It was extremely rude and off-putting so much so that the hostess apologized several times for requesting me to move from the vacant seating area where I was sitting. If you offer take out services than you should have take out accommodations and not embarrass paying consumers due to the lack of accommodations you offer in your restaurant. The food is ok but not worth being publicly humiliated and made to feel as though I'm a second class citizen."
