However, in this era of takeout and delivery due to COVID, I've never felt more disappointed by a meal. While I appreciate the quality of the container, this is what I found when I opened the serving tray. My initial reaction was disbelief—did I really pay good money for this? I also wondered where the refried beans were, only to discover they were hidden under the enchiladas. I know it’s not fair to judge good food solely on its presentation, but this kind of presentation is exactly what drives customers away."
