"I made a reservation, it was confirmed and once we were there, we found the restaurant closed. what really bothered was that the people were sitting there on a table and nobody stood up to say something or even to see ours away. we went all the way there, paid for parking and not even a confirmation. there were 4 of us and we were really upset."
