"We booked the venue thinking it would be a fun place to celebrate NYE however, it was disappointing as our waitress had too many tables to check on us often. I request two different bottles of champagne both not available, finally got lucky with a 3rd try. Food was cold when it arrived and there was no dancing or hype for a NYE celebration. For the 600 we spent to just get in and our 400 food and beverage tab it was not worth it. I would recommend on any other normal day as I love this place just underwhelmed with NYE visit."
