"We really wanted to like it, but there are basics that Vander is missing. Expect to be seated 25 30 min after your reservation time this was explained at the front desk as normal. We had ordered off of the current menu from a QR Code, and the food didn't match what was on the menu. It was explained that there was an IT Glitch at the cause of different descriptions from the menu item, and they defended it. Generally, we expect to be served what is listed on the menu. Lastly, after waiting 45 minutes for food to arrive, some of it arrived cold. It was explained this was because the kitchen was some distance from the dining hall. Atmosphere is astounding, and the ambience pleasant. The food itself, when warm, is delicious. If they can master hospitality basics, it would be a more pleasant experience. Until then, this is a Nevermore experience."
