"Been going here for years, will not anymore. Service is horrible, ordered togo spent like $90 on the meal for my family, missing items and most imortantly the tortillas that come with the fajitas. anyways, called and spoke to the manager Ivone about what had happened, was not mad no problem just very dissapointed. she said she would refund the meal and gift card. i was surprised how nice and caring she was over the phone. well it turns out, it was all lies,did not receive refund or a gift card. talk about , either vindictive lier or incompetent or both. cant believe they have people like this running the restaurant. Never will i go there or order there again. Too many other places to go without issues like this. Besides the food isnt that good anymore. anyways especially for the price, I mean the salsa taste like they have Ray Charles back there whipping it up with roasted canned tomatoes.
