"My 11 year old daughter and her friend just went there (1pm on 12/15/2022) for “grown up tea and pastries.” She said the service was rude (huffing when they said they needed more time to decide and generally unfriendly). She also noted that the service for the adult customers who came after them was completely different (friendly, helpful, and warm). Maybe your staff doesn't like children. Too bad for them, if they don't like people, including small ones, they should get out of customer service … – show"
