"It's unfortunate to say that, despite being a loyal customer for many years and having introduced numerous friends to this restaurant, I will no longer be returning. I've dined here countless times, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. After undergoing surgery that prevents me from consuming solid foods, I simply requested to be served a bowl of broth from the pho. While it's not the same as enjoying the dish as intended, the broth is still something I long for. Although the staff was open to accommodating my request, management ultimately decided against it. I will miss this place, but I've already found two other restaurants happy to help with my needs."
