"I wanted to drive through the restaurant, but there was only one car in line. I went to the second lane and waited for a moment for the car ahead to move. When I tried to place my order, a woman said to wait a moment, please and thank you. After waiting for 4 minutes with a car now in the other lane and one behind me, I asked again and received a similar response. Finally, after a couple of minutes, the car in the other lane moved forward and the one behind me pulled up. Almost immediately, a man started taking the order of the car that appeared on my screen. I tried again and waited for another minute. When the car ahead of me moved forward, I mentioned that I had been waiting for over 5 minutes while another car had just pulled up. The response was that there were only 3 people working. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wait, and when another car pulled up and got their order, they finally said they would stop what they were doing to take my order. However, the guy who was taking the other customers' orders interjected and said he would take mine instead. It took 9 minutes to get my order, and I was disappointed to learn that they no longer had frozen cokes available."
