"I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite being called Il Patio, there is no actual outdoor patio - just tables set up near the escalators outside Macy's. This made for a noisy atmosphere where it felt like we were being constantly observed by mall shoppers. Additionally, those waiting for tables were seated close to us, violating social distancing guidelines. Our server was pleasant and efficient, but unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant. This was meant to be a special occasion, but it was completely ruined."
