"terrible, terrible service. we called ahead and asked if they could treat our party of 9 (two families). they said yes. They had a party in the neighboring private room (15) when we arrived, but the area was empty. he waited 50 minutes for the first appetizers. (two meatballs) they said the kitchen was “overwhelmed”. it was said that the rest of the food would be “balanced.” 20 minutes later. nothing. the restaurant was with less than 20% capacity. the waiting staff seemed good; clear is the kitchen the problem. which kitchen needs an hour to make a meatball for a mostly empty restaurant? an hour and 19 minutes after sitting the second plate arrived and then several dishes including a plate of strongly dry and over boiled salmon and a "black pizza", otherwise known as burned. after an hour and 35 minutes after the arrival, our table had not received all orders. Yes, seeing the watch had become our entertainment when we waited for food. and then a few dishes were served at the table behind us, which arrived well after us, eventually a few dishes were missed and they took off. we've been here a few times in the last few years. it was never the fastest restaurant. but that wasn't terrible. they apologised at the end, but doubt that we will ever be back."
