"I have my 30th on 9 October. Birthday brunch hosted on the street and had a wonderful experience! Hillary, the catering sales director, was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. We first looked at another restaurant in their portfolio, but Hillary heard my vision and wishlist for this event and recommended us on the street instead. The staff on the street were so patient and friendly. Unfortunately, my mom ran too late this day for a parking problem with an art festival, and I didn't want to start without her. I know how frustrating it is for a timeline to be pushed back, but the team at Blu acted as if it were not a big deal and even a few Hors d'oeuvres for when my mother came there.
