"We were downtown for the day on a Saturday and ending at Millennium Park. Rudy's is a short walk and easy to find. From Maggie Daley park at 7pm I used Open Table and made a reservation for 5 8pm. Our party consisted on 3 adults, one thirteen year old boy and one 11 year old boy. We left the park at 7:35pm and walking we arrived at 7:50pm. Our table was ready and waiting for us. The place is small and was full. At first I felt a little claustrophobic, but once seated I found that I had adequate room. Our server was attentive and quick. I didn't feel like we waited long for service, attention or for our food to arrive once ordered. Three of us had burgers and really enjoyed them, a lot, they were so good! I had the coleslaw for my side and it too was really good. My burger came with a homemade pickle that was pretty amazing in both size and taste (i'm not really a pickle fan, but I loved this one! . The other two in our party had the pastrami sandwiches and enjoyed those as well. The bill was around $112 for 5 meals, 3 sodas and two drinks from the bar. I would DEFINITELY go back and recommend to my friends and family."
