"The tofu pho was delicious, and the broth was some of the best I have *ever* tasted. The noodles were served ready to eat (no need to wait for them to soften! , and we were served PLENTY of basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños. The pho comes in three sizes, and the medium was perfect. Vegan items are marked with a leaf icon."
