"had the photo here and it was good. the tick tock pho was beautifully presented and its worthy of a photo, but at the end of the day, they only put everything in the stone pot and eat it. the broth was extra hot, which is great, as the whole flesh came a bit on the cold side. "I've be coming here for years and it's my favorite pho spot. It's always consistently great. The beef broth with brisket is great and so is the veggie broth with fried tofu. Can't go wrong with the tofu summer rolls. "If you receive a promo from them, do not try to use! I was sent a promo that I needed to make a reservation to use. I even received several emails and texts confirming my reservation and asking if I was still able to make it. When I got to the store (which is far away from me by the way) the host had no idea what I was talking about, not about reservations nor about the birthday promo I was given and showed him on my phone. He went to ask someone and came back and sat us, but it did not seem like he understood still. So I showed the email and asked if it would be honored. He seemed very confused so another person came to see if they could help. He seemed confused as well so he asked if he could show my phone to the other staff in back. When he came back he said none of them had ever seen such a thing before and they had no idea what it was! Keep in mind, this was a promo I received by signing up with this company directly through their website. Thankfully he offered to give me a discount for my troubles, but it was a huge fiasco and not at all what should have happened. Why would you send out promos that you do not intend to honor, especially since it was for my birthday and I had received many confirmations prior to my visit, even the day of?"

"This is my favorite place to go for pho. The food is consistently excellent and the meat is of high quality. The only downside is that sometimes the noodles are overcooked, resulting in a lack of desired texture in my mouth. However, they do offer delicious chili oil. Currently, there is dining in available but it is a more basic service where you order at the counter and most utensils are disposable. The bathrooms are unique as they are located outside of the restaurant and are not heated. The restaurant is housed in a converted fast food building, which explains the location of the restrooms."

"Evening time is just the worst. Skip one of my orders, yet had to re-order my appetizer, and here's the best part. ? I already tip $5 in their bucket. I used my card to pay without no tip, but I wasn't giving the opportunity to pick a choice when I should be offered the options of choice. So I paid for $52.83. Somehow on my card receipt invoice said I spent $62.83. The lady basically made her own TIP WITH MY MONEY. Always make sure she turns the monitor to you after you slide your card to pay.I'm calling this thievery. (Self tipping themselves with peoples CARD!"

"I've been to this Teapresso in the past before and it wasn't a good experience. Some old lady got our orders wrong, refused to remake our drinks, and didn't even give me an apology. Coming back here after a while made me hope that things were different, but it's really just the same.Instead of an old lady ruining my experience, it was a dude this time. One barista at the time of this review was working their a off making drinks for me 3 other customers. All by themselves. Then you get this guy who was just sitting at the counters, staring at... I don't f cking know? Struts outside looking at the roads and cars passing by...I don't know what their role in this establishment is, but telling off the barista that they haven't helped a customer with their order yet when YOU could be helping is such a bad look for your business. If you're not going to do anything, then leave. All you're doing is just making the business look like sh t. Really couldn't stand that attitude.To the barista working by themselves, I hope you quit this job and work somewhere where you can get proper support and help from fellow coworkers and caring management. Not that piece of ****."
