"Had an order delivered, didn 't get half my order, proceed to call up to the restaurant just to see if it was out or if I could get a substitute maybe, was hung up on as soon as I said I had an order, hey maybe it was just busy or they accidentally had a phone issue, called again and was hung up immediately. Horrible customer service by a long shot. It was a women that 's about as much as I got from them saying Hello thank you for calling rotolo 's. First and last time I 'm ordering from here that 's for sure."
