"We called ahead asking if they had Vietnamese songs and they said yes. Well, they were either lying or they were ignorant about their own offerings — by the way, song selection overall was lacking anyway. Their song selection system was very confusing. We couldn't figure out what was in the queue. There's a QR code system but the wifi signal in the room was too poor to use it consistently. Room audio was terrible and inconsistent, so I was constantly tweaking the mic, music, and echo volumes."
