"We made a reservation at this restaurant through Open Table, and we were incredibly hungry. We scheduled our visit for 3:30 on a chilly, rainy day. After braving the weather and spending $15 on an Uber to get there, we arrived only to find the restaurant closed. Seriously! We were left standing in the rain for eight minutes while waiting for another Uber, which cost us another $12 to go to a different place. Not cool at all."
