That way, you don 't have to choose just one thing. <br/ <br/ In a city like Austin, it 's really hard to get surprised by Mexican food. But, this place has flavors I haven 't had anywhere in town. The puerco tres chiles is phenomenal. Simply chunks of tender pork and tender potato in a stew of chiles and, well, flavor, that will leave you baffled with how they got that much flavor in PORK. Not to mention the 'Pollo Pepe ', which is a nicely marinated boneless chicken shredded in nice large pieces and also uber flavorful. The marinade reminded me of something Chinese, like soy and sweet together. Both of these meats make awesome little tacos on their homemade tortillas. Save room for the flan.
