"Most of their food should be eaten fresh so don't try to take it home. They bring each item to you as it is ready rather than serving everything at the same time. I love the kingston luau tacos and the zucchini fries best. The pork mac-n-cheese taco is an occasional treat. On the rare occasion I want a hamburger theirs is one of the few restaurants that make some I enjoy, aloha burnt reynolds. I usually only order 1 item at a time for maximum freshness. I think there may be a rule here that everything they serve has to be messy. Expect to use lots of napkins. They are known for delicious unique tacos and hamburgers. I once brought guests who insisted on ordering a salad and a beans and rice bowl and they were not pleased. Everyone who has ordered tacos, hamburgers, and sides have loved them... I have since learned that the tropical salad with blackened chicken is delicious, especially if you add a side of cotija ? sp? cheese. The atmosphere used to be much nicer. All the neon everywhere now is jarring."
