"Good old Ben Jerry ice cream, where you can never go wrong on a hot day. Due to the whole covid situation, they closed the dine in experience and it's still closed after California relax on the restriction. They have hand sanitizer for you to use and they allow you to eat outside of the store. The employees are friendly and still give you sample to try on the different flavors. You have to basically part in the parking structure or you can park where the Burbank mall is and just walk to this place. I park at the Police Station since they have public parking and it's easier to get into while also easier to leave as well."

"I drive thru Sour Lake a few times a year. Always stop at this Sonic on my way back home. I will admit, I am not a fan of my Sonic locally but this Sonic always is always good! Just went through this past Sunday and the service was excellent. I ordered a drink and the girl was friendly enough to let me know that if I did not like those particular flavors they would make me another. Wow! Someone please commend the staff last Sunday! "Omg. Wow. Just wow. My daughter was so eager to go to sonic and considering the fact that this is far away from our home it was a special treat for her to come here. And I 'm truly disappointed. The woman just couldn 't seem to comprehend our order. A young man/woman (not sure) came out to ask if we got ice cream in such a rude attitude. Then they came out after we specifically asked to split checks and when I asked they said no In a very rude tone. Now onto the food, below mid. Seems they 're having a sauce shortage because there was barely any in our chicken. Oh and not to mention the horse power it takes to suck up this milkshake was unnecessary (think I need a jaw replacement). And on top of that the wait for this mid food was a good 50 minutes."

"I ordered a chili checkout and there are more cheese than chili. Not to mention that there is hardly anything! my fries are cold and drop with fat. the only reason I post this evaluation is because such things happen every time, I go there. I really wish they were better. I only hear negative things about this place of people. it is sad to see that the call goes down the drain."

"Hands down the best Tchos I ever had at a Sonic. I have eaten this article in different places in Texas and Arkansas and they are all disappointed compared to this. This had the perfect amount of filler, the perfect amount of sauce, the perfect amount of tons, and was just delicious all around. The staff was also very nice and the food was fast. I've come back since to confirm that they'll do it the same again. Definitely recommend."

"It felt wrong pulling up to a Sonic Drive-In with no drive-in spots. Turns out I didn’t know what I have been missing and I have seen the light The indoor Sonic was a wondrous respite from the brutal West Texas sun torching our little-engine-that-could of a car traveling back to civilization from Big Bend. It would have been a pleasant Sonic experience under normal circumstances, but the Sonic corporate office gods in OKC used their beautiful brains to craft a concoction that is unparalleled in the fast food universe — the Red White Blue Slush Float. Visually stimulating and equally refreshing, this drink made me feel proudly American and gave me a summer-time high like a kid in the Sandlot. Thank you, Sonic"

"The food was a bit overcooked. The tater tots were dry, and the onion rings as well. The cheddar poppers were just fine though because the cheese prevented them from drying out. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I think the cook just left them in a little too long. "He waited for 5 shakes for 45 minutes and missed one when they were taken out. Said the server, he went back, came back 10 minutes late and returned a small product that wasn't even the right product, instead of the medium. Then he asked if I was sure I didn't manage to start it. I told him I didn't, he went back and came out 15 minutes later. A total of 1 hour and ten minutes for 5 shakes, and until I got everything, most shakes were melted. It's not typical, but it's not so unusual. Very hit or miss, sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is terrible. Three stars because of inconvenience."

"One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to as far as service and the quality of the food was horrible. Went through the drive-thru and still had to wait 20 plus minutes before I took my food back and told him it was too hard for me to eat. "All the Sonics in this area except the one in Lake Jackson Texas has many serious problems. To list them all would make this review too long so I won't. Just beware of the Sonics in West Columbia, Brazoria and Sweeny. Confirm, reconfirm, check then double check your orders. And be prepared to hear the items you want are unavailable, even though the Lake Jackson Sonic always has them. It's very frustrating dealing with these 3 Sonics."

"just came thru drive-thru in lake park fl, ordered chicken sandwich and was totally disappointed because the huh was so small that the bungalow swallowed it. the ordered pommes without salt were ridiculous. my wish is that these almost food sites would not be advertised food that makes appetit, but if they bought it looks like a foreign baptism of chaos. "great friendly service. I'm always making a special order because of several allergies. they go out of their way to check and double check to make sure that I'm doing it right for the first time. if they make a mistake, they repair it friendly and fast. no eye roll or heavy sighs, even with a young staff they are very polite and helpful and eating is always hot and fresh."

"I got a Sonic gift card and decided to get an orange mud. At first, the cashier did not know what I wanted and recommended only a cream sludge. We laughed and spoke a little ole skool when I realized I could order an orange **** and a dish of vanilla ice cream, so I could return to the kiosk to order exactly that. I've ordered two since then and guess what, I've got $3,42 on this gift card. If you have not tried a Slush float, (not creamy-slush) you need to shake a little from the top before the dish of vanilla ice into it. Do not stir it, just sip and take a little ice with it until finally when you sip, get ice in the straw enjoy!"
