"I decided to order online, show up early, and check out the restaurant. It was for 7:30pm, so I arrived at 7:10pm. As I was parking I noticed a lot of parking spaces for curbside pick-up, along with it's own side entrance. Very impressive. As I walked inside of the restaurant I was greeted by a friendly hostess who already had my prepaid receipt available to sign. I was offered to sit at the bar while I wait for my order. I explained that I was doing a Google review and she was okay with my taking some photos to post. The decor is very nice, the atmosphere is calming, and the guest all seemed pleased with their meals. All great signs in a restaurant. My food reached my hands at 7:23pm. Quickness is great, unless errors are made. I ordered a bacon burger medium well and a hickory burger medium. With a few minutes drive to my destination I considered carryover cooking. To my delight the temperatures were perfect. I definitely tip my hat to the cook. I bit into the hickory burger and immediately noticed the dry taste of brioche buns. There was no bbq sauce on my sandwich. Everyone who is educated in culinary arts know a sauce makes a meal. Only took away 1 star instead of 2 because everything else was on point. I haven't decided yet if I'd return back to the restaurant. If you want to give them a try they're a minute away off Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) Exit 60 on Dixwell Ave."
