"Shinsen Bowery was above my expectations. While searching for a place for my girlfriends birthday, I stumbled upon a new sushi restaurant in the bowery. The reviews and the article I had read solidified my choice in dining. We traveled from New Jersey to Shinsen. The owner Tony, and all of the wait staff were phenomenal and I would highly recommend and return to this restaurant. The Ahi Tuna Tower Kobe were two of our favorite dishes. Thank you Shinsen for the memories, we will be back soon."
