"we came to the reserved time and sat at the entrance for 10 minutes with no one greeted us. Several waiters noticed us, but seemed to do as if we were not there. They even went a few times from us. During the whole meal we felt just as if we were not welcome there. after the meal, in consideration of the service, we have only tipped $20 (about 10%, the waitress told us that we have “to tip at least 18% minimum”. I understand that nowadays it is more and more frequent with peak requirements, but it was not shown on the menu or previously revealed. to be honest, we should give less drinking money when the service is bad. To be fair, eating is still amazing. I really hope they can improve the service in future."
