"we are so glad that we have tried this restaurant right on the beach in hermosa. the whole experience was great. first the dishes we ordered were all delicious, with great taste combinations, great presentation, and an obviously great ingredient. we tried the mushroom pasta, the entenpasta, the braided shortribs and the truffle fountain. it started with the appetizer not only was it served with warm homemade bread, but it was very truffly with many black truffle flakes. really gave such a great taste. the shortribs melted in our mouth, and the homemade pastas have a texture and bite that they only expect in a top Italian restaurant. a pasta court to escape to base seems to be easy, but we haven't been so much over. it was hearty and tasteful. our only regret was that we were too full of dessert, but next time! best we really liked the ambiente and the team that serves us. it was clear that they were happy and supported, and their great service made the meal a joy. highly recommended!"
