"This is a little low score than it probably deserves, but I think it is reflecting for the experience. We had a reservation and sat right away. The service was fast and very friendly. And the food was also very good. The reason for the low score is the back of the house seems to have problems. It took about 2 hours to get Entrees. We started with drinks and appetizers, but it was over an hour from the time we ordered our entrees until the food arrived. Our server and the manager have done everything they could do, but you can't cover any problems in the back. The other thing I would say is that prices are a bit high for what it is and compared to other similar restaurants nearby. Where most of the restaurants would have the most Entrees is the $30s with seafood and steaks pushing into the $40s. I would say most of the things here are in the $40s with seafood and steaks in the $50s. Add some wine and appetizers and you are looking for $200 / pair. It is not astronomical compared to peers, but it is higher. So, my recommendation is that if you have a lot of time, check it out. All dishes on our table had great taste and were usually well prepared (one person had underboiled Risotto). And the front of the house personnel was great and the management seemed engaged and attentive. But it will be a whole night dinner unless they make a few changes to the house again."

"Very unprofessional servers and other employees. Making worse is the unprofessional server told me that he is the grandson of the owner. I simply asked my salmon to be cooked, and the server made a HUGE deal out of it as if he had never heard of anyone who wants rare salmon. When he went to the sushi kitchens that wore the dish, his body language and facial movement showed his frustration and some of the chefs looked at me, one even laughed. Very unprofessional, should they know that they do not intentionally stare at a guest and show the guest that they are? I'll talk about it. He took frequent cigarette breaks, I was without utensils and water most of my restaurants (he took the dish with the cutlery on it and did not replace the cutlery when he brought new food). I sat down for a few moments that smuggled him until another employee saw me wiping and told him I wobbled for him, and my food was slightly cold when he brought me new cuts. He gave me a friend shrimp for free and said he won? I asked why? and told him that the salmon rarely cooked is not a big deal, it is not necessary to give me a free meal because of it. I just didn't understand why this big thing was made out of such a COMMON question. If you don't ask your guest what temperature they are? d like her salmon then you shouldn't be crazy if they don't like the temperature it came. Finally, was said and done, the server showed on a picture on the wall saying that the man in the picture is his grandfather, who founded Katsuya. I don't understand how the grandson of the owner would have treated me with such a misfortune. I was denied a job there because of him, which is good when looking at a server that works there that I recognized by Rusty Pelican, actually told me that the money is not almost as good as I could think? But if you want to deny a person a job based on half a complaint from your unprofessional servers and sushi chefs, then the whole world must hear this complaint."

"I was really looking forward to this dinner; I hadn 't tried B&B Steakhouse yet and this was a great opportunity to do so on the last night of the rodeo. Unfortunately, it wasn 't what I expected. We arrived at 4:15 for our 4:30 reservation and were told we would be seated in a sec . It wasn 't until about 5:45 that we finally got seated. Attempts to talk to the hostess were met with we 're just waiting for tables to leave as she told new customers coming in that they would be seated in a sec . I understand that it was the last night of rodeo and people were there to see George Strait but it seems to me that an experienced manager would have been able to plan better. The meal in itself was quite good, however, I ordered my steak medium rare and my boyfriend ordered his medium well. They came out looking exactly the same temperature. Since we were already very late I wasn 't going to send the steaks back. They were out of a number of items, which again being the last night I could understand but it was frustrating none the less. The table we sat at was in various pieces with high and low spots under a white tablecloth, when we looked underneath you could tell it was essentially falling apart. As a result, I spilled my drink because I set it on a crooked part of the table. They never did get me a replacement and they charged me for both the spilled drink and the replacement. They did take that off the bill but not until I brought it to their attention. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a meal that cost roughly $150 each. Not sure I 'll try their permanent location, for that price there are a lot of great steakhouses with impeccable service."
